Kyla helps manage the league’s finances and also oversees the fastpitch division, ensuring our older athletes have competitive, well-organized play.
Secretary
Duties: documents meetings, maintains records, and ensures communication between board members and families stays clear and organized.
Uniforms Director
Chris ensures every player looks like a pro on the field by managing the design, ordering, and delivery of uniforms.
Field Maintenance Director

Public Relations
Duties: keeps our community informed and engaged through updates, social media, and event promotion.
Equipment Director
J.R. makes sure all players and coaches are equipped with the gear they need to play and train safely.
Umpire Director

Anthony oversees umpire assignments and training to ensure fair, consistent officiating across all divisions.
District 42 UIC
James supports league umpiring at the district level and ensures we remain compliant with USA Softball standards.
Registrar

Clarissa manages player registration, rosters, and league data, making sure every athlete is ready to hit the field.
T-Ball & Pixie Director
Duties: leads our youngest divisions with care and energy, helping new players learn the game and fall in love with softball.
Director of Scheduling
Robert coordinates game schedules and helps balance team availability, field use, and umpire coverage.
Concessions Director
Analy leads our concessions team to keep fans and players refreshed during games and tournaments.
Fundraising Director

Duties: organizes events, sponsorships, and initiatives that help support the league financially.
