About Us

Bay City Girls Softball Association (BCGSA) is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization committed to providing a fun, safe, and empowering environment for girls in our community to learn and play the game of softball. Founded with a passion for youth sports and community spirit, BCGSA offers both Spring and Fall seasons with divisions for all skill levels—from first-time players to seasoned athletes. Our mission is to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and personal growth both on and off the field. We host league play, tournaments, and special events throughout the year, encouraging healthy competition and positive experiences for every player. Games are played at our local Bay City fields, where families come together to cheer, volunteer, and celebrate the achievements of our athletes. At BCGSA, every girl has a place to shine—and we’re proud to be a part of each player’s journey.

Duties: documents meetings, maintains records, and ensures communication between board members and families stays clear and organized.

Facility Director
Mark manages field preparation, maintenance, and facility operations to ensure a safe, well-organized environment for all players, coaches, and spectators.

Umpire Director

James supports league umpiring at the district level and ensures we remain compliant with USA Softball standards.

Robert coordinates game schedules and helps balance team availability, field use, and umpire coverage.
